Long TV hours , sobbing wives , ideal couples , scandals , glamorous vamps ...if you thought K - series were only this , you are wrong!
You can call it enterprising or using prime time efficiently , but the Mumbai Traffic police has a tie up with the K-series producers to drive social messages on things such as:
- Wearing a helmet while riding.
- Not talking on the phone wile riding.
I find it extremely innovative to be driving such messages through family soaps. Mommies / Wives so go on and drive this message further!
Kudos to the new age awareness medium! And cheers to Collaboration!

ಒಂದು ಯೋಚನೆ!

ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಬರೆದು ತುಂಬ ವರುಷವದಾರು ಈ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬರೆಯಲು ಬಹಳ ಯೂಚನೆಗಳಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಬರೆಯಲು ಶಬ್ದಗಳಿಲ್ಲ್.

ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆ ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗಿ ಬಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಊಟ,ಜಲ,ಗಾಳಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ಅಗತ್ಯವೋ ಅಷ್ಟೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸಂತೋಷ.

ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ೫ ನಿಮಿಷ ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ಬಾಳಿ , ಜೀವನ ಸಂತಸದಿಂದ ಬಾಳಬಹುದು!

Had a good gathering at work today. Saved cleaning the dishes today.

My career has a new dimension :)

I have been doing time pass from the past 2 months !!!! Uffff ! My Work Rocks :)

Post Marriage obligations..Err

I wouldn't dare call visiting a temple or praying an obligation unless it comes the way I describe it below.

So , being married has it's own Pros and Cons. Let's leave the categorisation apart..it also comes with a whole lot of pressure to please your new found and your own family. And the topic closest to both would always be " TEMPLES ". Often this is covered with the argument around God is Omnipresent...I dont need to visit a temple to pray....I dont know if this has worked ever....

This visit ( Termed as Long overdue ) resulted in us visiting close to 20 temples so far. Whoosh ....it takes a whole lot of planning , energy to cover so much in such less time.
Neverthless it's a thing to be married into a God Fearing family...it didnt hit me hard considering I grew up in one like that.

My trip has been so great...contrary to what I presumed it to be.....( An Obligation )
Started off from Bangalore....stayed over at Hubli.....left to Karwar...stayed over there....went to Goa....came back to Belguam...Hubli...and way back Home....( Can you believe ...the whole thing was over and done in 3 days )....Man I am amazed..!!!!

The second part...Bangalore...Doddaballapur ( Temple )....Bangalore.

The third part of it....Bangalore...Bhavani....Salem....Namakkal....Bangalore

More to come....as of now...these are done.

Long lost interest

I last held a paint brush 11 years ago and the thought was stratling !!!
Once a hobby...grew into a passion.....pride ....later a pain...
Everything has an expiry date...and this one was short lived...It took me a while to realise I have absolutely no passion apart from work :-/
I wouldnt want to call this a resolution...but would prefer to say getting back to something dear and lost...and this January 1st made me realise it.
I have made a wise investment in paints , brushes , canvas ...and I wish this lasts for long :)

Look out for this space....for a splash of colours and emotions!!!!
